Learn how to walk into the forest, and bring home nourishment that will build your immunity and impart vitamins and minerals into your body. Knowledge is put into practice by creating an herbal prepartion which you will bring home. A plant monograph is given as well. |

Come and join me on a pleasant, easy walk to learn to identify some spring plants. Learn some methods of preparation in the afternoon to make your knowledge useful. You will take home a preparation and a plant monograph . |
Summer is a vibrant, colourful, pleasant time of year!
Join me on a leisurely walk to identify useful plants. Many of the herbaceous plants are in full bloom this time of year, so it is a great time to identify useful plants. As the forbs are short lived, and in their height this time of year, we will make an essence from them, which you will take home with you. You will be given a plant monograph. |
The Fall can be crisp, clear, and beautifully fresh. Also a reminder that winter is coming, with the cold and flu season just around the corner. This is a good time of year to boost your immune system by drinking a little more nourishing tea to take out the chill and help fight off hungry microbes.
Join an informative walk to learn boreal nourishment. We will learn how to make a syrup from a specific plant. Its a good time of year to put something on the shelf in case of illness. Everyone will take syrup home along with a plant monograph. |
